Classes and Workshops

Would you like to reduce your stress levels, sleep better and improve your mental health? Or would you simply like some positive ‘me time’ and a chance to explore another avenue of self-development? If yes then our classes are for you.


By practising meditation, you will find that you start to come into balance, physically, emotionally and mentally. Meditation is used by many to pursue a holistic or spiritual way of life, Our Classes are not just about meditation alone we also prefer to combine meditation with a range of other practices, that help us make positive changes for a more mindfulness way of life.


To attend our meditation classes you need to complete a meditation introduction session, this can be booked online at time that suits you.



Meditation Classes


Classes are paid for in a six week block, £10.00 per session


Morning Class    Thursday 8.30am - 2 places left




Afternoon Class  Wednesday 1.00pm - 2 places left




Evening Class     Wednesday 6.30pm - FULL
