We have the power to create a happier life for ourselves and a better world for everyone to share but it is not always easy. We are living in an attention deficit society. Everyday we are being bombarded with increasing number of information. Excessive use of technology makes our minds spin faster than ever before. Our daily lives are becoming more and more demanding yet our ability to manage those demands isn’t improving. We are constantly busy but no matter how good we get at multitasking we still feel like we are missing out. This way of life can be overwhelming and stressful and in the long term can result in sleep and anxiety disorders, burn out and depression.
To stay sane, to feel at ease and to be happy we need to develop tools which will help us counterbalance the external pressure of modern life. Being more mindful means being more relaxed, more in tune with our needs and limitations, aware of our emotions and reactions, more focused and productive but also more loving, compassionate and grateful.

This workshop meditation is aimed to fulfil that need by experiencing different types of meditations from breathing meditations, visualisations, Native American, candle gazing, releasing emotions, sound meditations and much more.
This workshop will be held mostly in silence, apart from some teaching sessions to help you take your meditation deeper.

vibration and meaning. When energy becomes stuck within a chakra, it can manifest as mental, physical and emotional imbalances from physical symptoms within the body to emotional outbursts and feelings.
This Chakra Workshop will give you an understanding of the different Chakras and how they relate to your overall well-being.

We believe that our fear, anger, frustration, or any negative emotion results from externalities. We believe that it is the person who hurts us, the job that frustrates us, the situation that limits us, and once we change into a new relationship, a new company, a new environment, we will be fine. Yet, it’s rarely the case. The truth is, we become so caught up with the external opponent that we forget that the real opponent we need to be dealing with is the one within.

Meditation is about developing a state of awareness so that you can stay in the moment. This is important for your health and well being. Meditation is a state of consciousness in which a person goes deep within themselves, focusing the mind and eliminating outside influences to produce a state of deep peace and relaxation.
After this deep quietening of the mind, an ability to listen to one’s own thoughts and observe the mind, body and spirit is produced. Once this is achieved, you can move deeper into expanding the spiritual awareness.
By practising meditation, you will find that you start to come into balance, physically, emotionally and mentally. Meditation is used by many to pursue a holistic or spiritual way of life, but the reality is that it is one of the most practical tools you can use to help you reduce stress.
