Our wellbeing centre offers an oasis of tranquillity where you can unwind and relax in a calm and safe atmosphere and enjoy a range of treatments, holistic and complementary therapies designed with you in mind to enable you to feel good about yourself and to leave refreshed and rejuvenated.

Relaxed video chats on Zoom to help

with Anxiety and Mental Health issues

These therapy sessions will help you to cope with anxiety,

stress, fear, depression, within a friendly video chat, these

sessions will also teach you how to remain in control

and how to boost your happiness and wellbeing, finding

new ways to cope to bring more calmness into your life.

Online mindfulness sessions works in exactly the same way as face-to-face sessions, you will work with myself until you are feeling better and your issues are resolved. I will help you explore your feelings, thoughts and actions to help you make sense of what you are experiencing, and will help you to get to the heart of what is going on. The ultimate aim of mindfulness sessions is to enable you to make your own choices, reach your own decisions and put life changing actions in place.

The practises I use have been shown to help people to manage their thoughts and feelings to boost happiness and wellbeing.

These sessions are £50.00 and last around an hour depending on how much support is needed.

To help with the situation we are currently in, sessions are now at a reduce rate to make therapy more accessible to people who need support.
